We are looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer (m/f/d) to boost one of our cross-functional teams to the next level.
- Take ownership of your tickets from inception to deployment
- Design and develop new features considering now and the future
- Write beautiful code, well tested and easy to maintain
- Peer review your colleagues' work
- Support the Team in reaching the Sprint goals
- Support Product and UX on defining the next features for the Platform
- Collaborate on the Backend Roadmap goals
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You feel comfortable in a 100% English speaking environment
- You have strong experience in developing with Ruby on Rails
- You believe that testing is part of the development process and can’t be ignored
- You understand the business and product needs and to be able to develop pragmatic solutions that will scale over time
- You enjoy having technical discussions with your colleagues and collaborate defining the working conventions
- You are capable of learning from your errors and grow stronger
