Home & Co is seeking a versatile Business Analyst (m/f/d) who will support the operational business by conducting thorough analyses, providing clear recommendations, and optimizing processes. This role takes a holistic view across all operational areas of the company.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to enable data-driven decision-making and continuously drive business improvements.

Aufgaben

Data Analysis and Reporting

Gather, consolidate, and analyze relevant company data (e.g., processes, productivity, customer satisfaction)
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data insights
Create clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and other stakeholders

Process Optimization

Analyze existing operational workflows (e.g., in customer service, production, or finance)
Develop proposals and concepts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings
Support and monitor the implementation of new processes or tools in collaboration with the respective departments

Project Support and Coordination

Contribute to cross-functional projects, from conceptualization to execution
Align requirements and objectives with relevant departments to ensure smooth collaboration
Prepare status reports, track project progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Serve as a liaison between management, various departments, and external partners
Present analysis results in an understandable manner and derive concrete recommendations for action
Support decision-making by providing relevant data and scenario analyses

Quality Assurance

Ensure data sources and analyses meet company standards
Continuously improve data quality by working closely with other teams (e.g., IT, Controlling)

Qualifikation

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
Analytical mindset with experience using common analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of process management and/or project management is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English)
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Team player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate across various departments
