We seek a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to craft sales materials, develop social media strategies, conduct research, and create reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to collaborative work under a bottom-up leadership style.
Tasks
Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for sales & marketing materials, presentations, and client communication.
- Craft compelling messaging for digital and print campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional texts.
- Design and execute effective social media strategies that align with brand identity and objectives.
Research, Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Analyze findings to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Create clear and compelling reports and presentations that communicate research outcomes effectively.
Account Management
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience (B2B & B2C)
- Support client communication efforts, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and updates on campaign performance.
- Maintain and organize account-related documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Performance Marketing
- Support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, social ads).
- Monitor key metrics and contribute to performance reports, identifying actionable insights to drive improvement.
Requirements
- A background in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or related field.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive materials.
- Experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and create clear, professional reports and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with account management processes and client communication.
- This role is based in Berlin.
- Must be fluent in English and German.
