We are looking for a data enthusiast who will be the vital link between our management and the people and finance departments by providing insights and r

How you’ll add value:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other
• Own the budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and actual costs processes in all matters related to employee costs
• Enable leads to be constantly aware of their teams costs by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting financial impacts and cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and
• Participate in and support strategic projects and initiatives, including workforce planning,

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• 5+ years of experience in people financial analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as financial accounting principles (IFRS).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (eg. Excel, HRIS Systems)
• Excellent
• High Proficiency in English. Additional languages such as German are a plus
