Our unique position stands on two core beliefs:
- Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI.
- Support data is normally lost - until now. Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents.

Tasks
Over the past year, we've built out a platform to handle messaging, channels, AI support automation, broadcasts, revenue attribution, no-code flows, customer data and more. We're looking to build out heavier applications of our AI/ML, including:
- Lay the groundwork for traditional machine learning (pipelines, prediction models, recommendation models etc)
- Improve on our proprietary multi-agent orchestration tooling
- Work on our self-built RAG prompt injection system
- Build out AI Skills around eCommerce using LLMs
- Build converstion prediction models to automate personalized marketing campaigns
Requirements
We’re using TypeScript across the board, but plan build these ML services in Python.
- Advanced Knowledge in Machine Learning: Deep understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative models, especially LLMs.
- Vector Databases: You know the tradeoffs, best practices, and way forward for aggregating and embedding data to be used with our AI implementations
- Excitement to start from zero: The stage is yours - we're counting on you to plan, build and execute on our foundation around machine learning
