To strive forward to further automate, streamline, and improve our processes in our CX departments we are looking for a motivated Process Automation Engineer for 40h/week as soon as possible, either in our Darmstadt, Hannover or Berlin offices.
Tasks
- You identify automation or improvement potential in our CX processes, help design and create complex technical solutions.
- You will be part of a small and flexible development-focused team with a wide range of areas they are operating in.
- You maintain and extend our current automation products (mainly written in Python).
- You continuously improve your technical expertise to react flexibly to the increasing challenges in a growing environment.
- You are responsible for an automation platform and contribute to its improvements through code reviews, best practice, and continuous refinement.
- You collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize any interfaces towards our CX departments.
Requirements
- You have a degree in computer science / engineering or are a trained IT specialist for application development.
- You have previous experience with web development frameworks (Flask, Django, Angular, etc.) or any other related field.
- You have good knowledge of Python. Additional experience with JavaScript is a plus.
- You already worked with Python web frameworks.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You are familiar with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
- You are proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Your desire is to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Would be a plus:
- You have knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- You are fluent in German, as well.
