SEO Manager (m/f/d)

For our location in Hannover (List) we are looking for a motivated SEO Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.

As part of the Marketing department, your core role will be to help define and execute our SEO strategy and achieve strong growth on conversions and highly targeted organic traffic.

You will be responsible for planning and executing offsite and on-site optimization of all our published content. Being a bridge builder and team player by nature, you will work with all departments impacting our SEO to educate, monitor and assist them in ensuring our web properties are optimized and maintained fully to maximize performance.

Your ultimate goal is to boost the amount and quality of organic traffic we attract to support our lead generation and content marketing efforts and beating our (SERP) competitors.

You will be a key player within our organization, involved in important parts of our online marketing activities and directly impacting the growth of our worldwide customers and Partners base.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for increasing conversions and visitors from organic search for company and products, optimizing content to support conversion and content engagement.
• You ensure that our corporate websites and domains perform well and are structured according to established SEO best practices, working with internal teams to execute updates.
• You educate our web team and internal systems developers on technical SEO where needed and support them to ensure proper implementation and maintenance.
• You continuously research new content opportunities, focusing on product-supporting keywords/themes (cybersecurity), and work closely with the content team as well as SEA specialists.
• You research and recommend new content opportunities for content production.
• You coordinate link-building (and outreach) campaigns to significantly boost DA and rankings for competitive keywords.
• You stay informed about how our competitors perform and Google algorithm changes that impact our visibility in SERPs.
• You report on SEO performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, delivering actionable analyses.
• As part of a fast-growing Marketing team, you may be involved in areas outside of your main responsibilities as needs and/or opportunities arise.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a degree or comparable education with a minimum of 5 years' experience in on-site SEO in a competitive industry with a strong background in technical SEO.
• You have a solid understanding and hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Yor possess significant experience with WordPress.
• You gained experience in migrating/integrating website content with a focus on mitigating SEO impact and utilizing strategies to retain key rankings is necessary.
• You are a confident user of Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• You are well-versed and competent in using high-end SEO and analysis tools.
• You have strong project management and communication skills.
• You are highly organized, possessing effective coordination, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Your written and spoken English and German language skills are excellent.
