Hubject Financial Services was founded in 2024. We are a startup consisting of 6 senior experts covering funktions like project, risk and legal management. SO, you will naturally support in various topics as part of a small team, learn a lot and contribute to building a new company.

Your Tasks

You will contribute to the development and implementation of a compliant, user- friendly payment service for EV charging solutions.
You will conduct research on payment solutions, e-mobility trends, and competitor analysis to identify best practices and innovation opportunities.
You will assist in planning and coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring project adherence to ZAG requirements and other regulatory standards.
You will assist in creating financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for our payment services. Support budget planning, pricing strategies, and financial projections.
You will support risk assessment activities, identifying legal, financial, and operational risks that could impact our payment services and developing strategies to mitigate them.
You will work with legal and business teams to assist in reviewing vendor contracts and agreements to identify and address potential risks or compliance issues.
We don’t want to continue here, but as part of a new venture, you’ll take on a variety of diverse tasks, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple areas and gain valuable, hands-on experience.

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a University (e.g., Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields).
You are interested in regulatory compliance and legal aspects of payment services (experience with ZAG or GDPR is a plus).
You have a can-do mentality and possess strong analytical skills that help you structure complex issues, always with an eye for details
