Your Mission in a Nutshell: As a Senior Technical Product Owner - Custom Solutions (f/m/d) at Humanoo, you’ll play a central role in transforming our insurance vertical, managing and executing high-impact, white-label products for our biggest clients. Acting as the bridge between Product and Insurance, you’ll lead customisation projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless workflows and strategic alignment across teams. With a unique blend of hands-on project management and mentorship, you’ll set the standard for excellence, driving exceptional outcomes and establishing best practices in project management.
The Team: Join a passionate and ambitious team dedicated to transforming our insurance vertical through innovative health and wellbeing solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you’ll work alongside Senior Product Managers, Insurance Project Managers, and the broader Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) team. Together, we foster a supportive, solution-oriented environment where collaboration and impact are celebrated.Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for insurance clients and internal PDE teams, aligning on project goals and maintaining proactive, transparent communication
Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables via Jira to keep all aspects running smoothly. You’ll ensure our processes are efficient, scalable, and ready for growth
Strategic Management: Develop annual plans to manage customisation requests across our insurance clients, strategically balancing resources and identifying potential bottlenecks
Process Improvement & Mentorship: Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, optimising workflows, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence
Proven Experience: 4+ years as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing technically complex projects
Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, essential for clear and effective communication with our clients and internal teams
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira and a deep understanding of project management in complex technical environments
Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills, and being comfortable setting boundaries, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with tact and confidence
Proactive Mindset: Adaptable, with a natural ability to bring clarity to evolving situations, navigate change, and make decisive moves
Client-Centric Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus, giving you the insight to build strong client relationships and drive success

Whiteboard Challenge with two members of the product management team (60 minutes)
Value Add interview with two members of the PDE team (45 minutes)
After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application.
