Working Student IT

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Assistant to join our dynamic team at Hypatos. This role is crucial in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure while providing exceptional support to our employees.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide computer hardware and software troubleshooting and support
- Manage and maintain our MS365 environment
- Deliver internal user support for Hypatos employees on Line-of-Business applications, including:
  - Microsoft Office suite
  - Jira/Confluence
  - Salesforce
  - Other business-critical applications
- Actively participate in IT consulting and strategy planning sessions
- Assist with hardware inventory management and tracking
- Implement and maintain IT security measures
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes and procedures

Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in administration and support of Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware
- Familiarity with MS365 administration preferred; proficiency with other enterprise applications is a plus
- Interest in IT security topics (security hardening, antivirus solutions, encryption, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
