Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition working /dual student or intern, your main responsibility will be assisting our Talent Advisors in the screening and selection process of candidates. You will be the initial point of contact for candidates who have applied. Your goal will be to assess their potential, inspire them for a career in tech sales, and prepare them for interviews with our hiring partners.

Tasks

Support and advise candidates as they take their first steps into a fulfilling career.
Collaborate closely with our B2B sales team to effectively communicate relevant company and job information, and expedite the overall process.
Regularly incorporate constructive feedback from candidates to continuously improve the candidate journey.
Work closely with our marketing team to experiment with new candidate acquisition approaches and test them in a data-driven manner.
During quieter periods, you can also support your own company in finding and hiring top talent or guide individual candidates throughout the entire application process up to their hiring.

Requirements

IS THIS YOU?

Currently a student. Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, and Education are natural fits, but we don't care what you are studying as long as you're interested in learning.
Hungry to learn and curious to grow. We're looking for attitude. If you get up in the morning feeling positive and excited to face new challenges and where they might take you, we want you on our team.
Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.
Sense of ownership. As a working student, we will offer extensive support and guidance, but we're looking for someone who is ready to own their mission.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Native level German (C2), fluent in English (B2+).
Familiar with remote communication and collaborative tools - Gmail, Calendar, Slack,... (nice to have)
Experience with customer support or basic sales is a plus
Availability: 1 year minimum, as much time dedication as possible
