    Tasks

    We are looking for passionate, experienced team member who will join our team with the goal to shape the world of Quality Assurance for Radiation therapy. As Product Manager in a successful international team, you play an important role in the development and implementation of new medical technology products for OEM’s and customers in hospitals worldwide.

    Your tasks

    • Provide leadership and expertise in the definition of new products and product enhancement, as well as go-to-market strategies.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners such as Marketing, Sales, Service and R&D to ensure a collaborative and transparent approach that facilitates the delivery of great products.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle.
    • Drive product strategy into highly competitive product roadmaps.
    • Collect continuous customer feedback and market assessments.
    • Build business cases.
    • Lead and coordinate product training for customers, internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, OEMs, and end users to maintain relationships with key strategic sites to establish synergistic relationships. Analyze feedback and make recommendations to improve products and the customer experience

    Requirements

    • Several years’ experience as a Product Manager, Medical Physicist/Dosimetrist, Application Specialist or as a Radiotherapy Tech or comparable practical knowledge in research.
    • Physics / Medical Physicist education or similar.
    • Strong interest in products, markets and customers is a must. Previous experience as Product Manager or Medical Devices Application Support is a plus.
    • Outstanding communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and great ability to work cross-functionally to achieve product, solution, and organizational objectives.
    • Communicate effectively in a group both in a formal and informal training environment.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/products simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel at least 10%-20 % (domestic and international).
    • Fluent English language skills. German and/or French a plus.
    • General knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook etc. are a must.
