Who You Are

You’re an operations pro who gets things done efficiently. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers, legal docs, and workflows, you thrive in a fast-paced venture environment. You understand impact-driven investing and the role of ESG in VC.

Tasks

💰Oversee Fund Operations: Manage capital calls, distributions, and reporting with the administrator.
📜 Handle Compliance & Governance: Work with layers on LPA, TS, and regulatory filings.
📊 Track Fund Performance: Monitor IRR, MOIC, TVPI with accurate documentation.
💰 Manage Financial Admin: Support budgeting, operational expenses, cash flow, and financial planning.
♻️ Drive Impact Strategy: Integrate ESG & DEI into operations and reporting.
📅 Support Fundraising and Investor Relations: Manage data room, LP updates, reports, and events.
🛠 Optimize Internal Operations: Streamline workflows, CRM, deal pipeline tools, and portfolio tracking.
👥 Support HR & Team Operations: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and general team coordination.

Requirements

Experience in fund operations or administration (VC, PE).
Strong organizational and analytical skills—you love making things more efficient.
Knowledge of venture capital structures, legal processes, and compliance.
Familiarity with financial reporting and investor relations.
Familiarity with ESG principles, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
Ability to implement tech-driven process improvements.
Fluency in English (German is a big plus).
This role is based in Berlin—willingness to relocate is required (EU work permit needed).
