SaaS Product Marketer (m/w/d)

ilert helps companies to react faster to incidents and increase the availability of digital services with its SaaS solution. Our mission is to keep the world always on. As our product marketer you will be part of our mission and help companies to become uptime heroes.

Tasks

• Align with Product and Marketing teams on strategy and messaging
• Create content to convey the benefits of our product and establish yourself as a subject-matter expert to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, guides, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
• Support the buyer journey optimization as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform content and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German and excellent command of English
• 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or technical content creation preferably in the SaaS industry
• Excellent writer (have sample links ready)
• Background in marketing, communications, or engineering
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
