    Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Specialist

    Working back-to-back with our CEO you will be driving, tracking and scaling our marketing initiatives across all channels using state-of-the-art digital and social marketing tools to strengthen Impower's position as the benchmark in property management ERP systems.

    Aufgaben

    You will be responsible for strategically and operationally aligning, designing, implementing and optimizing our marketing activities across diverse channels with a focus on fully digitized processes and impact in social media. You will be analysing our customer and sales funnels, improve analytics further to drive insights in order to optimise marketing and sales iniatives with a data-driven growth marketing mindset.

    With proven track record of understanding customer needs, addressing them with a well tailored multi-channel approch you will be using uptodate tools and technologies to build maximum visibility and a strong network while fostering growth of leads, prospects and customers.

    You will successfully turn business strategy into marketing strategies, impactful content, bespoke campaigns and a growing pipeline of lead to support our sales team headed by our COO, Jürgen Forscht, an accomplished property manager himself, two sales executives and one sales development representative.

    By ensuring both the growth and the stability of our customer base you will make our customers happy by providing a sustainable and powerful solution to their respective business needs.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ...

    • Align marketing initiatives with our CEO, our COO and our sales team.
    • Further improve our data anlytics to drive data-driven growth
    • Analyse customer funnels and ROI of marketing and sales iniatives
    • Develop campaigns and content to generate a growing influx of leads and prospects.
    • Implement, automatize and optimize both digital and classic marketing channels.
    • Build a strong network of customers, prospects, and partners
    • Balance strategy and implementation
    • Get things done with both a co-founder and jack-of-all-trades hands-on mindset
    • Develop and optimize core business processes
    • Work with the team to create drive, flow and impact

    Qualifikation

    WHAT YOU WILL HAVE DONE ...

    • Proven trackrecord of hands-on experience in digital and classical marketing
    • Successfully identified customer needs and turned them into impactful campaigns
    • Displayed start-up spirit, pragmatism, creativity, flexibility fairness and serenity both as a team member and/or as a team leader
    • Effectively used state-of-the-art tools and technology for maximum marketing impact
    • Ideally been part of a successful start-up in a key specialist or leadership role
    • Set-up markeitng and sales analytics and shown a clear data-driven approach to B2B sales and marketing strategy
    • Worked with freedom and independence while keeping in touch with business, management and customer needs
    • Experience in scaling teams and processes
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to various stakeholders
    • Speaking both German (C1+) and English (C1) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency
    • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary
