Help us to build the go-to ally for fast paced startups in the DACH region when it comes to recruiting. Your recruiting expertise, willingness to experiment, and ability to move quickly will bring IN GOOD COMPANY to the next level. Time is too short for mediocrity; let’s build something awesome!

Aufgaben

That’s what you’re in for:

You’ll develop the long-term strategy for IN GOOD COMPANY together with Florian.
You’ll have the chance to build your team as a Co-Founder.
You’ll be part of the rollercoaster ride with all its peaks 🎢🍾and valleys🏃, but we’re aiming for more than 50% peaks. 🥳
For the early-stage hustle🛠️ – you aren’t too proud to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

Qualifikation

That’s what you bring in:

You have extensive experience in the recruiting space. Preferably, you already have a strong talent network in the startup industry.
You have an early-stage mindset and have experienced the early-stage hustle of a startup.
You're fascinated by technology and explore how it can improve recruiting processes.
You have a strong “getting things done” mentality and pragmatism.
You have the motivation to build sustainable recruiting products that help promising startups on their way to becoming the next unicorns.
You are fluent in 🇬🇧 English and 🇩🇪 German
