    Aufgaben

    Your mission

    • Establish ingarden in Europe: take the lead in building awareness and credibility for ingarden as the go-to brand for fresh, nutrient-dense greens
    • Develop a cohesive growth marketing framework: covering acquisition, activation, retention and expansion
    • Lead performance marketing on Google, Meta, Influencer, Pinterest, Amazon, and other emerging platforms.
    • Tailor creative, messaging, and user journeys to different cultural contexts, languages, and buying behaviors.
    • Oversee relationships with external agencies and local partners for seamless market execution.
    • Grow and mentor your performance marketing team from scratch, setting clear goals, processes, and success metrics.
    • Collaborate with in-house and external creative resources to produce compelling ads, landing pages, and sales funnels.
    • Experiment with new content formats, user flows, and brand narratives to engage diverse target groups.

    Qualifikation

    Your profile: A rare blend of data-savvy and creative: you live by analytics but know when to trust your gut in shaping breakthrough ideas.

    • You can understand/execute digital media buying
    • You understand how to manage offline media buys/agencies
    • You understand measurement/attribution
    • You can turn creative analytics into briefs
    • Comfortable with big budgets
    • Able to build forecasts and models
    • You understand conversion rate optimization / landing pages
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Passion for nutrition or willingness to immerse yourself in nutrition & health
    • 3-4 years D2C experience in a high growth environement
