    Your Mission

    Are you a true leader who enjoys taking responsibility? With us, you will lead our on-site team in Leonberg for our client, one of the pioneers in autonomous driving. Together with your team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of our fleet and making sure that daily operations are efficient and future-oriented.

    Aufgaben

    Your Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Motivation: You will take on personnel responsibility for our Fleet Management Team, including drivers, shift leads, and the QA/training team.
    • Communication: You will be the central point of contact for our client, ensuring transparent and solution-oriented communication.
    • Process Management: Establish, monitor, and continuously optimize work processes with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
    • Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily business operations while coordinating on-site teams.
    • Recruiting & Onboarding: Support the selection, onboarding, and training of new team members.
    • Project Management: Plan and implement growth projects while monitoring progress.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for our management and the client.
    • Conflict Management & Motivation: Be a trusted contact for your team, identify potential, provide feedback, and foster personal and professional development.
    • Interface Management: Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, senior management, and external partners.

    Qualifikation

    About you

    • A successfully completed technical degree or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience in team or project management, ideally in the automotive or mobility sector
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing processes
    • Excellent English skills (project communication is in English)
    • Strong organizational skills and a structured working approach
    • A hands-on mentality with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
    • Willingness to travel (occasional travel required)
    • In short: You are confident, cool-headed, and able to maintain an overview even in stressful situations

    Safety is our top priority, so we expect:

    • A valid driver’s license (Class B) and at least 8 years of driving experience
    • No points in the Driver Fitness Register – please apply for a free excerpt for this purpose
    • A clean criminal record (we require a current police clearance certificate)
