Innoloft is a young software company with an international team of 30 members that offers LoftOS. LoftOS is a no-code development platform enabling everyone to build web applications like networks, marketplaces or internal tools - without a single line of code.
What we look for
We are looking for a Working Student for our Customer Support who can take over support responsibilities within our Customer Success team.
You will be responsible for evaluating, testing and escalating bug tickets coming from our 70+ customer base.
Tasks
- Receive, test and escalate bug tickets (work distribution over four days a week needed)
- Communicate to customers about the status of their tickets
- Communicate to the CS team high prio bug tickets
- Participate in the weekly CS meeting
Requirements
- Affinity and good understanding of IT tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and service-oriented skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An independent and structured way of working
- Experience in customer service or the service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus
- Native proficiency in German and excellent proficiency in English are a must
