Working Student ERP Landscape Optimization (f/m/d)

As a working student (f/m/d) in our Business Systems team, you’ll contribute to the success of our global ERP projects. Your role will involve data management, landscape transformation, and ensuring optimal ERP functionality aligned with industry best practices.

• Data Cleaning and Transformation:
  - Understand functional requirements by collaborating with business analysts and end-users
  - Analyze existing NetSuite processes and identify areas for improvement
  - Propose and implement best practices to enhance ERP functionality
• Configuration and Customization:
  - Work closely with the ERP team to configure NetSuite modules according to business needs
  - Design overview of workflows, forms, and reports to streamline operations
  - Ensure adherence to NetSuite standards and guidelines
•  User Experience and Support:
  - Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage
  - Provide training sessions to end-users on NetSuite functionality
  - Promote efficient utilization of NetSuite features
• Integration and Interoperability:
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NetSuite integrations with other systems
  - Ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and external applications
  - Implement best practices for data synchronization and real-time updates
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  - Document data management processes, functional configurations, and customizations
  - Create user guides and reference materials
  - Share insights and best practices within the team
