Wir suchen ab sofort einen Experten für Sport und Sponsoring (w/m/d), der seine Begeisterung für Sport mit einer Affinität für neue Technologien und datengetriebene Prozesse verbinden möchte und so zu unserem Experten für mediale Werbemaßnahmen im Sportumfeld wird.

DEIN JOB

· Position: Experte für SPORT und SPONSORING (Media Service Manager)(w/m/d)

· Einstieg: ab sofort

· Beschäftigung: Unbefristet und Vollzeit (40h/Woche)

· Standort: Karlsruhe oder Köln

· Gehalt: Qualifikationsabhängig und leistungsorientiert

· Urlaub: 28 Tage/Jahr sowie mehrere Sonderurlaubstage

DEINE AUFGABEN

· Sponsoringanalyse im Rahmen von Sportübertragungen im Bewegtbild (TV, Streaming (DAZN, Magenta, etc.) Social Videos, national & international)

· Analyse von Sponsorings und anderen werberelevanten Inhalten im Bereich Print, Online, Social Media (national & international)

· Erstellung von Projektsetups und Definition von Analyseanforderungen

· Anlernen unserer hauseigenen KI zur automatisierten Sponsorenanalyse

· Media Monitoring im TV (national & international)

· Eigenständige Recherche von Mediadaten und Sponsoringsfacts

· Qualitätssicherung und Datensatzbearbeitung, sowie Einpflegen von Daten in unsere unternehmenseigene Softwaresysteme

· Erstellung von Kundenempfehlungen hinsichtlich Sponsorenpräsenz

· Vorstellung unserer Methodik und Tools als Fachexperte intern wie extern und Austausch mit unseren Kunden zu Sponsoring Set Ups

· Durchführung von Analysen und Erstellung von Fehlerreports für unser internen Produktionssysteme

· Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Teams zur Verbesserung der internen Prozesse

· Anleitung von Werkstudenten und Steuerung von Arbeitsprozessen

· Gelegentliche Vorstellung unserer Methodik und Tools als Fachexperte bei unseren Kunden

DEIN PROFIL

· Du brauchst keine spezielle Ausbildung – wichtig ist deine große Begeisterung für Sport und deine Motivation, im Sportumfeld zu arbeiten.

· Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an datengetriebenen Prozessen und bringst idealerweise erste Excelkenntnisse mit.

· Du bist offen für neue Technologien und hast idealerweise eine Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Automatisierung.

· Du bist neugierig auf KI-gestützte Prozesse oder bereit, dich in dieses Thema einzuarbeiten.

· Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst aber auch Teamgeist mit und hast Freude daran, deine Ergebnisse verständlich zu erklären.

· Du kannst dich sicher in deutscher Sprache ausdrücken (C1-Niveau) und hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (B1-Niveau).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sponsorship analysis within sports broadcasts in video content (TV, streaming platforms such as DAZN and Magenta, social videos, national & international)

· Analysis of sponsorships and other advertising-relevant content in print, online, and social media (national & international)

· Setting up projects and defining analysis requirements

· Training our in-house AI for automated sponsorship analysis

· Media monitoring on TV (national & international)

· Independent research on media data and sponsorship facts

· Quality assurance and data processing, as well as entering data into our proprietary software systems

· Creating client recommendations regarding sponsor visibility

· Presenting our methodology and tools as an expert, both internally and externally, and engaging with our clients on sponsorship setups

· Conducting analyses and generating error reports for our internal production systems

· Close coordination with other teams to improve internal processes

· Guiding student assistants and managing work processes

· Occasionally presenting our methodology and tools as an expert to our clients

YOUR PROFILE

· No specific degree is required – what matters is your strong passion for sports and your motivation to work in the sports industry.

· You have strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven processes, ideally with some experience in Excel.

· You are open to new technologies and have an affinity for digital tools and automation.

· You are curious about AI-supported processes or willing to familiarize yourself with the topic.

· You work independently, but you are also a team player who enjoys explaining your results clearly.

· You have a strong command of German (C1 level) and ideally basic knowledge of English (B1 level).
