Tasks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B clients to ensure their success with our Market Intelligence Platform.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing training to help clients fully utilize our software.
• Proactively monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and renewals.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns
• Experience in the IP industry is a plus
• Hands-on mentality and creative mindset
• Fluency in English
