IP Pilot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Operations & Commercials (d/f/m) to join our team. You will leverage your expertise to optimize processes, drive key initiatives, and contribute to our mission of empowering IP law firms with cutting-edge market intelligence solutions. Tasks

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Manage and lead the team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
• Act as a key liaison between departments to streamline communication and collaboration.
• Manage and monitor quarterly goals setting and achievement
• Monitor KPIs to ensure organizational health
• Oversee finance and accounting

Requirements

• Experience in leading teams, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven track record of running operations and managing commercial strategies as well as business development initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various projects and tasks
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
