Your mission
JustPlay is looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager to build out the engagement product domain for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement, boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. Job responsibilities
- Own and define the product engagement domain and shape our engagement strategy
- Drive product growth to enhance player engagement and retention across our rewarded gaming ecosystem
- Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform
- Foster player habit creation by leveraging behavioral science, gamification techniques, and product design principles to build healthy relationship habits and increase usage frequency, driving long-term player value
- Drive retention metrics by identifying opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing our LTV
- Design and implement awesome A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses about user behavior. Use data to refine engagement strategies and gather user feedback to iterate and optimize product features
- Monitor performance and continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our platform competitive and innovative
The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay
- At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
