Systems Engineer - Airborne Electronics & Sensors (f/m/x)

Tasks:

• Application of system engineering experience to lead the development, integration and verification of key sensors in the drive pivot system
• Responsibility for requirements management
• Experience in supplier management
• Take ownership of the system and manage overall development and verification activities
• Support in the design, evaluation and data analysis of electronic sensors
• Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. safety, testing) and external suppliers
• Continuous improvement of tools and methods

Skills:

• BA/MA in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the development of airborne electronic hardware sensors
• Experience with SAE ARP-4754A and RTCA DO-160G
• Experience in supplier management
• Good knowledge of regulatory materials and certification requirements
• Experience in requirements management and tools (e.g. Siemens Polarion)
• Strong technical skills in sensor technologies
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Fluency in English Another plus is:
• Experience in verification activities
• Experience with MATLAB Simulink and simulation techniques
• Fluency in German
• Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-178C
