As a HR & Culture working student you will assist the HR & Culture Manager in various tasks, gaining hands-on experience in a growing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate and support smooth onboarding for new hires (e.g., preparing welcome materials, setting up accounts) and ensure that offboarding processes are organized and documented
HR Administration
- Support the HR & Culture Manager in handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating internal HR systems, managing contracts, handling inquiries, etc
- Assist with payroll preparation by keeping track of relevant documentation
Feedback & Performance
- Assist in organizing tertialy and annual feedback sessions, including preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of team events throughout the year, including budget tracking and logistics
- Assist in conducting the Culture Score-survey, gathering feedback, and summarizing recommendations
MUST HAVES
- You are currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology)
- You have a strong interest in HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
NICE 2 HAVES
- Hands-on experience in HR and culture management within a growing company
- You are based in Munich
