    __As a Product Manager__ you will oversee the development of Kickbase, ensuring it meeting our passionate users needs in combination with our business goals. You'll collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to define features, prioritize updates, and deliver a seamless user experience.

    __What You'll Do__

    Understand the Users

    • You create a constant feedback loop between product and growth
    • You conduct interviews, A/B tests or surveys, to gather valuable insights and share them proactively
    • You analyse product usage data and identify trends or areas for improvement

    Improve the Product

    • You update feature requirements based on feedback and changing priorities
    • You develop and maintain a well-organized product backlog and roadmap
    • You prioritize opportunities based on yearly objectives, user value, and resource constraints and provide prioritized opportunities to the Head of Product
    • You ensure a high level of product quality assurance

    Collaborate__ __& Align

    • You collaborate with engineering, UX, research and other divisions to gather input on feature requirements (including user flows and UI/UX guidelines)
    • You present and discuss feature requirements with other divisions to ensure alignment and buy-in

    What You Bring

    • You have at least 3 years of experience working on app products in an agile work environment
    • You are passionate for digital products and attend industry conferences, webinars, or workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices
    • You are an empathic and confident communicator in English
    • You are well organised to conduct effective meetings internally and with cross-functional teams
    • You enjoy active participation in meetings or brainstorming sessions and contribute constructive ideas
    • You are a good self-manager and maintain a good overview of your workload and meet deadlines consistently
    • You embrace change and adapt to shifting priorities
    • You enjoy good teamwork and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and skill sets
    • You play, breathe and challenge our products every day to deliver a 5-Star-Product
    • You have a deep understanding of the role "Product Owner"

    Your Nice to Haves

    • You are based in Munich (Germany) and enjoy working in a nice office with wonderful colleagues
    • You are proficient in German (C1+)
