Tasks

Your impact

As a communicative and determined consultant, you are a crucial member of our Design Automotive Consulting team, which aims to enhance the competitiveness of international design departments. We offer various solutions, including optimising client structures and processes, training their employees, and conducting global surveys. You will focus on our Learning division, supporting projects for renowned companies in the automotive and digital industries, thus contributing to expanding Konzepthaus as a top provider of design consulting solutions.

Your commitment

• Coordination of our Konzepthaus Learning division
• Efficient project management and implementation
• Project work emphasising analysis, establishing thematic focal points, and strategic implementation
• Creating unique decision templates and resilient offers
• Developing product services and consulting processes
• Conducting research and creating trend reports
• Enhancing methodological expertise

Requirements

Your strengths

• Ambitious young professional with a university degree in economics, business administration, HR management or a related field
• Hands-on experience in consulting and/or the automotive industry is a plus
• Customer-, project-, and solution-oriented work background in an international context
• Business fluent in German and English
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Teams
• Holistic approach, and ability to comprehend quickly and develop complex content logically
• Team player and willing to go the “extra mile”
• Ready for a steep learning and development curve
• Self-confident demeanour, and resilience
• Motivator and driver for change with strong implementation skills
• High level of commitment & enthusiasm
• Willingness to participate in project or event-related business trips nationally and internationally
