    Our investment strategy spans Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds, allowing us to support founders from the very beginning and provide ongoing backing in subsequent funding rounds.

    We are a small, dynamic team and thus, every team member plays an active part in our investment process from deal sourcing to portfolio management. As a working student or intern you will play an integral role supporting your colleagues in all processes down the line.

    Tasks

    • Screen, track and analyze startups in our deal flow
    • Monitor and support existing portfolio companies
    • Support impact assessment and reporting activities

    Requirements

    • Relevant academic background either in tech- (e.g. energy, agriculture, chemistry) or business-related field
    • Prior work experience in venture capital, venture building, incubation/acceleration programs or corporate law highly preferred
    • Entrepreneurial experience as a founder or early startup employee is a big plus
    • Team player with strong communication
    • Fluency in English and German
    • Based in Berlin with EU working permit
    • Most important: impact-driven with a strong intrinsic motivation for sustainable change
