Your tasks

Are you ready for an exciting challenge? Join our highly motivated team in a fast-growing startup in the heart of Berlin as a Country Manager Sweden (m/f/d) for a limited period of one year! You will be responsible for all aspects of our Swedish online store, from marketing and sales to content creation for the Swedish version of KoRo. Your tasks will include:

• Maintaining current collaborations and expanding this channel by seeking new sponsoring partnerships
• Managing our social media channels for the Swedish region by creating diverse content (for Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Managing our existing B2B relationships and expanding these into new areas
• Seeking new retail partners in the Swedish market to further expand KoRo products offline
• Co-developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in cooperation with our marketing team, as well as monitoring marketing key figures

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of International Business, Commercial economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration; other related fields are welcome!
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in Marketing, Social Media or Sales topics
• Fluent Swedish (C1) and very good English skills
• You are based in Berlin or fully remote - we adapt to you!
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Your are interested in numbers and like to work with analytics
• You have a reliable and independent way of working and a hands-on mentality
• Your strategic way of thinking and communication skills are the foundations of your professional personality.
