As a Director / VP People, you will be a key part of our leadership team and shape the strategic direction of our international organisation with a focus on sustainable growth and organisational development. You will be responsible for the following areas:

    • Strategic direction of the P&C division: you define and implement a future-oriented people strategy that harmonises with KoRo's corporate goals.
    • Leadership development: You develop programmes that strengthen managers in their role and prepare them for future challenges, e.g. through leadership principles and coaching programmes.
    • Strategic sparring: You are a sparring partner for the management team on all people-related topics and drive change and current people & culture topics in the company.
    • International expansion: You will strategically develop the People & Culture area internationally, especially in France and Italy.
    • Organisational design and development: You are responsible for the long-term development of our org chart and ensure that our organisation is structurally geared towards growth.
    • Culture and values development: Together with our CCO, you will shape a corporate culture that promotes diversity, inclusion and sustainable engagement.
    • Change management: You actively shape change processes and ensure that they are implemented smoothly and transparently.
    • Promoting office culture: You will drive initiatives to strengthen the working environment, e.g. through office management projects that create a positive and inspiring office culture - from creative workplace concepts to regular team events.
    • Overarching responsibility: You will actively contribute your expertise to the Talent Acquisition, Project Management and People Operations teams and promote collaboration. You will also support our Head of P&C with strategic input and expertise in the management and further development of these areas.
    • Digitalisation in People & Culture: You will drive forward the digitalisation of People & Culture processes, e.g. by implementing new technologies and automating workflows.
    • Employee satisfaction: You are responsible for measuring and increasing employee satisfaction, e.g. through regular pulse surveys, feedback rounds and engagement programmes.

    Your profile

    • You have successfully worked as a People Leader (Head+ Level) in a start-up or scale-up, ideally in the growth phase that KoRo is currently in (Series B/C).
    • You have experience in scaling HR processes and teams internationally, especially in the French and Italian markets.
    • You have already led teams, supported their growth and contributed to measurable success through clear leadership strategies.
    • You have in-depth knowledge of national labour law - international expertise is a big plus.
    • You are strategic and data-driven: You use HR analytics to make data-based HR decisions and derive clear initiatives.
    • You have experience in change management and have already implemented successful transformation projects
    • You are adept at using HR technologies (e.g. Personio) and are interested in implementing new AI-supported solutions
    • You have a deep understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and have already introduced or further developed initiatives in this area
    • You promote a positive work culture and know how to use office management as a lever for an inspiring and productive office environment.
    • You communicate excellently in German and English - both written and verbal. Other language skills are an advantage.
    • You are hands-on, proactive and have a solution-orientated approach. You never lose sight of the big picture or the details.
