- Revenue Management
- Aligning local market initiatives with the topline revenue targets
- Market Strategy and Positioning
- Defining the target audience and market positioning as well as creating localized strategies to strengthen KoRo’s presence in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Identifying opportunities and threats in the competitive landscape and changes in consumer behavior
- Campaign Management
- Leading the development of localized campaign calendars to ensure timely and effective multi-channel execution
- Planning, executing, and managing localized campaigns, brand activations, events, and pop-ups to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CVR, CTR) to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns and improve future campaigns
- Ensuring marketing consistency across all sales channels (B2C, Retail, B2B and Marketplaces)
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Be the go-to person for all branded-related activities.
Your profile
- You have a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You are based in Berlin and open to relocating to the Netherlands perspectively. Alternatively, you are already based in the Netherlands and open to coming to Berlin for your first months at KoRo!
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French knowledge is a plus!
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in growth marketing, brand activations, partnerships, event management, or related fields in Benelux.
- Ideally, you have experience in the food industry (specifically the snack industry).
- You have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- You approach campaigns, partnerships, and overall project solving in a data-driven way.
- You possess strong project management and communication skills.
- You are adaptable, show great attention to detail, and possess a sense of cultural sensitivity (e.g. understanding and respecting the cultural nuances of Benelux).
