Are you looking for hands-on experience with paid social media campaigns and to bringing creative ideas to life? Then join our marketing team as a Paid Social Intern (m/f/d) and be at the heart of our digital advertising efforts! From setting up and managing campaigns to coordinating with creatives and analyzing performance, you’ll be involved in every step of the journey. This is your chance to make an impact in paid social! Your tasks will include:
- Campaign Setup and Management: Helping with the setup, launch, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, including structuring ad sets, targeting, and placements
- Creative Asset Coordination: Bringing in new ideas and collaborating with the creative team to ensure all assets align with campaign goals
- Ad Performance Analysis and Reporting: Create visual performance summaries in Google Sheets or other data visualization tools for easy analysis
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining updated documentation on campaign elements and building a knowledge base of best practices for future initiatives
- Asset creation: Using AI tools to develop assets for our channels while maintaining an organized asset library
Your profile
- Ideally, you have already gained some first experience with paid social campaigns through internships or working student positions.
- You have excellent English skills.
- You live in the Berlin area or you are willing to move to Berlin for your internship.
- You have a general understanding of the Meta Ads Manager.
- You are well-versed in content creation and editing tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- You are skilled in Google Sheets (or Excel).
- You are organized and reliable, show a hands-on approach, and have the ability to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics quickly.
- Last but not least: you have a creative mindset and lots of team spirit!
