Then join us as a Quality Manager (m/f/d) for complaints management and quality processes (fixed-term). In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling complaints and improving our quality processes.
Your tasks include:
- Complaints Management: You process and analyze complaints, identify root causes, and derive corrective actions in close collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensuring Quality Standards: You are responsible for optimizing and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This includes conducting audits, creating reports on quality metrics, documenting measures, and delivering training.
- Operational Support: You will provide flexible support in operational areas of quality management and assist with projects as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: By working closely with other departments (such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Support) and external suppliers, you will ensure product quality and contribute to solving quality-related issues.
- Project Management: You will lead projects to improve product quality and increase efficiency in collaboration with partners and suppliers.
Your profile
- Ideally, you can start in February. This position is a parental leave cover, and therefore limited to approximately 12–14 months (depending on the start date).
- You have a degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering (focused on food production), or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in the food industry.
- You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
- You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new job.
- You are confident in applying quality standards such as IFS and HACCP.
- Data analysis and reporting are your strengths: You have advanced Excel skills and are experienced in creating dashboards and using statistical methods.
- You work in an organized and structured manner, think analytically, and have a strong hands-on mentality.
- You have strong communication skills and team spirit to develop and implement solutions together with others.
