Senior Accounts Receivables Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Are you an expert in accounts receivable and looking for a new challenge in a dedicated team? Then join KoRo as a Senior Accounts Receivables Manager (m/f/d). The following tasks await you:

• Independent processing of accounts receivable, including the monitoring and posting of incoming payments
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable accounts and carrying out the dunning process
• Responsibility for creating and checking invoices and credit notes
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Working closely with the sales team and controlling to ensure a smooth flow of payments
• Proactive optimisation of processes in accounts receivable accounting through targeted suggestions for improvement

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator or accountant, or have a degree in economics or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounts receivable, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• You have an excellent command of German and a good command of English
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
• You already have experience with an ERP system (Business Central is an advantage) and are open to using new tools, e.g. Notion
• You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working
• You are responsible and have a strong problem-solving ability
