Your tasks

You are an expert in accounts payable and general ledger accounting and are looking for a new challenge in a dedicated team? Then join KoRo as Team Lead Accounts Payables & General Ledger (m/f/d) and take responsibility for your own area within our Finance team.

• Management and coordination of the Accounts Payables and General Ledger teams
• Monitoring and control of accounts payable and the general ledger
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal company regulations
• Optimisation and further development of accounting processes
• Implementing new systems and technologies to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree or have started out as a career changer in accounting!
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the accounts payable and general ledger area
• You also have initial experience in leading a team
• You have an excellent command of German and a good command of English
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
• You already have some experience with an ERP system (Business Central is an advantage)
• You are characterised by an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• You are a team player, empathetic and a strong communicator
