Your tasks
Do you want first-hand experience with how a start-up operates? We are looking for a highly motivated working student to support us in realizing our vision and who wants to contribute with their ideas. Your tasks will include:
- Support in identifying new expansion opportunities and target market segments through market analysis and competitive research to assess opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the implementation of the overall strategic direction of the company and develop actionable strategies to achieve our business objectives.
- Supporting the analysis of our customer insights to understand their needs and preferences and to derive tailor-made strategies from this.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and help make strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the C-Level or external stakeholders.
Your profile
- You are looking for a working student position from around 01.07.2025.
- You are currently enrolled in full-time studies at a university or college, ideally in economics, computer science or a comparable field – as a working student, you have to be enrolled!
- First experience with internships or working studies in high-profile companies, e.g. in consulting, VC or high-growth startups.
- You live in Berlin and the surrounding area, or you are willing to come to Berlin for your internship.
- You speak excellent English; a good command of German is a plus.
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in working with databases and analysis tools is a big plus
- High level of analytical competence, quick comprehension, and ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships
- You are goal-oriented, take the initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility
- A strategic way of thinking and an excellent understanding of numbers
- Last but not least: you have a passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship

Your Salary: €14.00 per hour for Bachelor students / €16.00 per hour for Master students or those with completed vocational training
