    Kpler is seeking a Product Manager - Shipping Operations to join our fast growing team.

    More specifically you will:
  • Design comprehensive, long-term vision for FM/IoT product, especially around vessel routing, bunker management & voyage analytics, but not limited
  • Manage day to day product development for FM including sprint planning, reviews, Jira hygiene
  • Identify technical challenges in advance and engage multiple teams in resolutions
  • Ship bold product missions
  • Represent teams’ products in public forums
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and use insights to inform product strategy

    • Your experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in voyage operations either as an operator or product manager for voyage management solutions
  • You are interested in the shipping market and have good knowledge relative to either one coming from a relevant experience in the industry
  • You have an excellent analytical ability, are at ease with working with databases, and use complex data to deliver impactful products
  • You understand pipeline architecture, and are comfortable tracking data from original source to final destination
  • Basic level proficiency in Product management tools like Jira.Confluence, Figma, Miro
  • You are rigorous and problem-solving oriented
  • You have good communication skills, being able to connect with Market Analysts, Engineering, and Product
  • You are bilingual or fluent in English (mandatory)

    • Nice to have:
  • Basic level proficiency in SQL,Python is a plus
