Your Position

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to help our business automate manual processes. You will own our product operations pipeline, where departments define feature requests and bugs, prioritize them and report them to the tech team. You will then work closely with the business to understand the root cause of the issues, and communicate with tech to solve them.

Your every day work routine

Departments identify and report opportunities to automate manual processes and report a prioritized list to you.

You will:

Work together with the departments and users to understand their requirements
Analyze the requirements to understand the root cause of the problems they encounter
Define solutions together with the users, designers and our developers
Validate these solutions with users, before briefing the developers
Work closely with our development team to deliver automations to the business
Own the pipeline of requests to prioritize how to bring value to the business as fast as possible
Identify larger projects for our product roadmap

Your profile

Strong experience in a similar role, where you demonstrated your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Ability to understand root causes of problems and defining solutions to solve these root causes
Strong understanding of processes & workflows
Background in tech required; coding experience is a plus
You are comfortable communicating with users in german, and developers in english
Experience within the travel industry is a plus
