Your Position

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer in Munich, to act as our "usability & design ambassador" and help bring the user experience of our products to the next level.

Your every day work routine

You will be responsible from early discovery of new features until production for our web-app & mobile-app. This includes: researching, understanding user flows and processes, developing user journeys, designing wireframes, conducting user testing, and preparing designs for our senior developers.
Working hand in hand with internal stakeholders and users, you will understand their needs, workflows, and processes, and translate these into mockups.
Collaborating with our team of senior developers, you will bring these mockups to life.
As the design ambassador within Lanes & Planes, you will raise awareness of the potential for amazing designs.
You will work with and expand our Figma Design System to create standardized components.

Your profile

Having a very strong background in UX (UI is a plus) is essential for this role.
A very good understanding of business processes and user flows, and the ability to quickly validate them using mockups, is required.
Enjoying close collaboration with senior developers to discover new features is a key part of this position.
Feeling comfortable being an ambassador for design within a tech-driven SaaS scale-up and recognizing the opportunities design can bring to the overall user experience is crucial.
Having the ambition to define the quality standards for future designs across the entire company is important.
Being comfortable communicating with users in German and developers in English is necessary.
Open to come 50% of your time to the office is mandatory for this role.
Experience within the travel industry is a plus.
