Growth Marketing Manager - Affiliate (m/w/d)

Lassie is looking for a data-and marketing-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. You will play a key role in ensuring our insurance and platform are the top choices of the majority of people in our target audiences.

You should have prior experience in the field of affiliate marketing. We are looking for someone with a curious mind and a passion for affiliate marketing and can be proactive in taking initiative to further grow the channel.

Tasks

Monitoring the performance of affiliate sites and continuously optimize content, landing pages etc.
Growing the affiliate channel by onboarding new sites or boosting existing ones
Working together with the Brand Team and designers to ensure a consistent customer journey
Think outside the box and find areas of growth
Understand and support the tracking of affiliate sites and collaborate with the technical team to take necessary measures for improving tracking

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
A data-driven individual with a very good understanding of digital data analytics, incl.

Great ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions. You evaluate your work and work in iterations.
Natural curiosity and hunger to make an impact
Clear communicator and capable of reporting and influencing stakeholders, using data and best practices that are likely to generalize
