Tasks

Identify opportunities for a new high-margin digital company with us
Research opportunities in depth and evaluate them
Start subsidiaries in collaboration with us
Lead the company as interim management
Find permanent management and help them get started
Jump in and help out if needed
Optional: run the company full time

Requirements

Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics
Experience with digital business and/or startups
Proven organizational and managerial skills
Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
German language skills are a plus
High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
You display a proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur
Attentive to detail!
