Tasks

As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their HXM journey, taking ownership of impactful projects and driving success. Your tasks will include:

Consulting clients during SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on core HR processes.
Analyzing business processes and designing customer-specific process improvements.
Acting as a project manager for implementation projects, taking on responsibility and leading initiatives.
Sharing your expertise while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions beyond SAP SuccessFactors, such as SAP ERP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more.

Requirements

Extensive experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Certification and in-depth knowledge in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding).
A willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Strong self-organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
A moderate willingness to travel to client locations.
