Tasks

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting companies to embrace and maximize Microsoft 365 technologies. Your expertise will be vital in consulting, designing, and implementing solutions that empower organizations to work smarter and more efficiently. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing and designing Microsoft platform and system processes to align with customer needs.
• Supporting customers in deploying and integrating Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Viva).
• Offering end-to-end consultation, concept development, and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Leading workshops and steering sub-projects to drive digital transformation for clients.
• Assisting the sales team with pre-sales consulting and supporting the onboarding of new clients.
• Providing ongoing support to existing customers and helping them navigate new updates and features.
