This role could be based in Germany (100% remote) or Switzerland (80% remote).
Tasks
Are you ready to revolutionize the way organizations approach their Human Resources? As a consultant, you'll lead the charge in modernizing HR processes and guiding customers towards a seamless human experience. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Spearheading implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, or Recruiting.
- Providing expert guidance to customers, not just in solving technical challenges, but also in driving project organization and process modernization.
- Cultivating a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team, supporting colleagues in their development, and fostering a collaborative environment where ideas flourish.
Requirements
What makes you the perfect fit for this role?
- Solid experience in multiple implementation projects within SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- A thirst for learning and a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Exceptional self-organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, with a moderate willingness to travel.
