Tasks

💡 Your Role: (Senior) Consultant SAP ABAP Technology

As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. Working closely with the SAP HCM department, you’ll lead the design and development of complex applications, reporting systems, and interfaces in sophisticated architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt SAP HCM applications, ensuring seamless integration into complex system architectures.
• Design software solutions and manage smaller projects, from initial concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement successful SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide test support and ensure high-quality development standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of ABAP development practices.
• Lead or contribute to innovative projects in digital HR transformation.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an ABAP developer.
• Strong knowledge in software development, architecture, and practical programming.
• A desire to continuously learn and a curiosity to dive deeper into SAP HCM, even without prior experience in the field.
• Excellent self-management and communication skills.
• Project management experience, particularly with SAP HCM, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Very low travel requirements, offering a great work-life balance.
