    As a Junior Software Engineer (f/m/d) at LIQID, you will become an integral part of our dynamic engineering team, helping to shape the future of digital wealth management.
    This role offers hands-on experience with modern technologies, allowing you to develop scalable, high-quality software while gaining exposure to real-world engineering challenges.     What You Will Do?

    • Shape the Future of Digital Wealth Management: You will work on key engineering projects that enhance LIQID’s digital product and bring our user experience to the next level. By developing new features, refining existing ones, and optimizing our platform’s performance, you will help create seamless, intuitive experiences that empower our clients to manage their wealth with confidence and ease.
    • Ensure High-Quality Code & Scalable Systems: You will write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance optimizations. You will also explore new technologies and best practices, ensuring that our system architecture remains reliable, scalable, and future-proof as LIQID grows.
    • Take Ownership & Solve Meaningful Challenges: From day one, you will take ownership of your tasks and projects, collaborating with engineers and product managers to build user-centric solutions. You will actively participate in technical discussions, help refine development processes, and tackle real-world challenges in digital wealth management, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for our clients.

    What you bring

    • Background: You are an advanced student in Informatics, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. We welcome all disciplines who bring the passion and skills necessary for this role. You have already gained some practical experience through an internship or working student position in a tech startup, scale-up, or consulting environment.
    • Skills & Qualifications: You are passionate about technology and eager to grow into the role of a software engineer. You have a basic understanding of programming (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js) and are familiar with core software development concepts such as object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging.
    • Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced engineers. You see challenges as opportunities for growth and are open to feedback that helps you improve. You take ownership of your work and enjoy solving technical problems with a structured, analytical approach. You are passionate about the Fintech sector and driven to build exceptional digital products. You thrive on collaborating with engineers and product managers to create user-centric solutions that enhance our platform.
