Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Longevity Partners GmbH is building the world's leading longevity platform, the only one that combines all trends and aspects of longevity under one roof, making them accessible to everyone.

This platform will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.

The first building block will be the 2025 Life Summit conference.

Tasks

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to work directly with the founders to build out our marketing activities

Task include:

• Take leadership for our marketing activites
• Conceptualize and set up marketing campaigns
• Run A/B tests and focus on fast interation
• Track performance and adapt accordingly
• Lead junior marketing people including interns and working students

Requirements

• Comphrehensive marketing experience
• Strong experience in social media marketing, marketing partnership and content marketing
• Ideally: experience in influencer marketing
• Excellent English written and spoken, German is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
