We are currently looking for a Working Student – Finance& who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Finance Team, your focus will be on supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate financial records. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for financial processes with your capacity for detail-oriented analysis. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will doAssist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports. Support the accounting team with the invoice verification, its booking and reconciliation. Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes and accurate data capture. Work closely with customer support. Assist in performing archiving tasks. Support process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives. What you should bring Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, some practical experience in accounting or finance (but not required); A keen interest in professional development within Accounting and Finance is preferred A quick grasp of new tasks and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner focusing on details Proficiency in using MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) and basic experience with ERP systems. Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of ownership Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus but not required.
