    We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Quality Assurance Manager, your focus will be on elevating our quality standards and implementing effective quality control processes. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. 

    What you will do
  • Perform product specific test procedures and audits
  • Create detailed reports on results, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Perform root-cause analysis on defective products from the field and present statistical analysis of defect trends
  • Support customer service team with troubleshooting & customer complaints
  • Help maintain the laboratory and its equipment - employ 5S principles to ensure a clean, well-organized and safe environment that is tour-worthy at all times, coordinate calibration and certification of laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate calibration and certification of laboratory equipment
  • Map defined processes using Lucid chart
  • Regularly meet with internal and external stakeholders to define and follow-up on topics from various projects
  • Coordinate projects that help prioritizing high priority quality topics
  • Coordinate projects that improve overall quality of the products
  • Learn tools that will support you and QA Department such as Excel, Paint, Video/Photo editing, etc.
  • Meet KPIs set by the supervisor
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor

  • What should you bring
  • Technical knowledge or understanding of Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial/Production fields
  • Possess strong analytical skills and an ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports on project results, conclusions, and recommendations to defend and explain findings and actions taken
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders on all related technical and management matters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, supporting colleagues when appropriate
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma would be an advantage
  • Must be able to work from office (No remote work available) 
  • Must be okay with performing root cause analysis on products returned from customers 
  • Must be okay with following health & safety protocols diligently, which also includes getting vaccinated against Hepatitis A&B
  • Interest in Quality Assurance
